You may not resell, share, distribute, or use them in any commercial setting (such as monetized videos or performances) without prior written permission.

All purchases are securely processed. Your personal data is kept private and is only used to fulfill your order (e.g. payment and file delivery).

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email us at support@kennethacoustic.com within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll verify your order and issue a refund for the duplicate item.
